Please note that we can only accept returns if you have first contacted us to request the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Making it Right:

In the unlikely event of damages or issues with your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the items upon receipt and contact us immediately. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and ensure we make it right for you.

EU Customer Benefit:

For our customers in the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling off period to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same eligibility criteria for returns mentioned above apply.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of the refund. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
